Consent for Personal Data Processing

Applicable to the Website www.glkapps.com and/or the Mobile Application "Sequoia"

The User consents to the Executor, LLC "GLK APPS" (hereinafter referred to as the Organization or Operator), to process their personal data, including:

  • Device architecture, operating system, supported languages, cookies, IP address, and other metadata.
  • Browser fingerprint data (e.g., canvas fingerprint, WebGL parameters, fonts, plugins, ActiveX availability);
  • Pages visited and requested, session duration, entry and exit points (links), user location (country, region, time zone), provider, browser, search queries (including location-based queries);
  • User identifier assigned by the Platform;
  • Special personal data;
  • Biometric data (photos, camera data, voice recordings);
  • Specialization, profession, qualifications, and employment history;
  • Education, professional training, academic degree, and titles;
  • Bank account details;
  • Taxpayer identification number (if applicable);
  • Passport details or equivalent ID information (series, number, issue date, issuing authority, identification number, etc.);
  • Contact details (work, home, and/or mobile phone numbers, email, social media and messenger usernames, etc.);
  • Residential registration and actual address;
  • Citizenship;
  • Gender;
  • Date and place of birth;
  • Full name (surname, first name, patronymic);

Purposes of Processing Personal Data:

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Other objectives consistent with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
  2. Ensuring security, asset protection, and crime prevention.
  3. Responding to communications, complaints, and inquiries.
  4. Advertising and promotion of the Organization's products/services.
  5. Organizing and facilitating events.
  6. Safeguarding the life, health, or other vital interests of data subjects.
  7. Providing the Organization's products, works, or services.
  8. Identifying conflicts of interest.
  9. Preparing, executing, modifying, or terminating agreements.
  10. Conducting negotiations and verifying counterparties.
  11. Protection of the Organization's rights and interests.
  12. Compliance with legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

Actions Permitted with Personal Data:

The User consents to: Collection, systematization, storage, modification, usage, anonymization, blocking, dissemination, provision, and deletion of personal data.

Methods of Processing: Data may be processed both manually and using automated systems.

Duration of Consent:

Consent remains valid until the processing objectives are achieved.

User Rights and Obligations:

The User has been informed about: The consequences of providing or withdrawing consent; The mechanism to exercise these rights; Their rights concerning data processing, as established under the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-З dated May 7, 2021, "On Personal Data Protection."

Withdrawal of Consent:

The User may withdraw their consent at any time without providing a reason by submitting a statement to the Operator in the form used for providing the original consent.

The Parties agree that the User's details are considered to be the information provided by the User when filling out the registration form (User profile) on the Platform. Agreement to the terms of the Contract and acceptance of the obligations stipulated therein is confirmed by performing the actions specified in it, which are deemed as acceptance.
